Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an ancient Art of harmonizing body, mind and spirit.  This oriental Art can be used to release tensions which may be the causes for various symptoms in the body.  There are several energy pathways that feed life into all our cells.  Sometimes one or more of these pathways may become blocked, causing a damming effect.  This effect might lead to discomfort and possibly even pain.

In a typical Jin Shin Jyutsu® session, the receiver remains clothed and lies face up on a cushioned surface.  The sessions are non-invasive, safe and do not involve massaging, pressuring or rubbing the body.  After the practitioner listens to energy pulses in both wrists, certain harmonizing flows or sequences of flows are used for unblocking particular pathways and thus restoring the energy.   The session consist of gently holding any of the 26 different energy locations on the body in various combinations.

The experiences of Jin Shin Jyutsu® are unique to each person.  The most common experience is of deep relaxation.  This simple yet powerful healing art has been shown to create amazing physical and emotional results. It has been beneficial with the following:
